In the recent months, there have been many developments regarding the Covid-19 situation. The government has extended the circuit breaker period by a month, ending on 1 June 2020. This can be potentially concern to our customers. KEYfields wants to assure that our business will continue as usual. In this trying periods, we have laid out many systems and implemented multiple measures to ensure that our services will continue to provide the edge for you, uninterrupted.

Our Support Team will be available as usual during office hours. With the VOIP, our support team will be able to answer your inquiries as soon as possible, from anywhere. In addition, our support email will channel all support emails to the next available support personnel to attend to. Finally, to ensure that all inquiries are fulfilled, we have a support ticketing system in place. This will allow the support team to ensure that all requests are adequately answered and that not a single question will be left forgotten.

Next, our Delivery Team continues with their project implementations with by far no delay in agreed project timelines. While it might not be possible to meet physically during this period, the team tap on communication software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, Skype, Discord, etc.) to perform the tasks with the customers. Timelines will also be checked daily, to ensure that all projects are on schedule. Project management software such as Crystal Ball will be used to ensure timeliness.

Finally, our Relationship Team will also be functioning, ensuring that customers will have a point of contact.
