During this COVID-19, Hiap Logistics made use of this opportunity to digitalize the operations with KEYfields iTMS. During Circuit Breaker, the project team swung into actions to prepare the groundwork for the project. As the CB ended, the implementation went into full swing. Within a month, the system went ‘live’.

Today Hiap Logistics fully digitalize their transport operations from Quotation to Billing to direct integration to ONE Accounting. Job status is now visible, driver incentive automatically calculated and billing is instantly generated. Management reports and KPIs are readily available to the Management to review performance and take decisive actions.

Now Hiap Logistics can do more with less resources and are able to undertake more jobs and with bigger customers. They level the playing field to compete with bigger boys for MNCs projects.
