This month KEYfields(KF) has released a new feature, which is Vendor Outsourcing Function. This feature allows KF’s Clients to assign to external vendor, for vendor to accept/reject jobs & monitor the status of the jobs. Benefits of this feature may include real time update from Vendor, job status monitoring from control tower and speeding up your Control Tower operations by minimizing the effort required to get updates from Vendor.
General Process flow involved:
1.KF Client Creation of Jobs
2.Assignment & Reassignment of Jobs to Vendor
- Vendor to accept or reject job request
- Notification to KF Client on Acceptance or Rejection
3.Update of Job Details by Vendor
- Vendor to update vehicle and driver particulars
- Vendor to view or upload documents
- Vendor to update trip status
4.Real Time Update to KF Client Portal
5.Job Completion
