Health and safety is always the number one priority of our employees, and business partners. We have planned and prepared in order to mitigate any potential impact that COVID-19 might have on our and our business partners’ regional operations. KEYfields has taken the following measures in order to minimize the COVID 19 impact and enable us to maintain our high level of service quality for all our stakeholders.
- Employee and Visitor Temperature Screening.
- Visitor’s Health Declaration Form when entering our office premises.
- Good Personal Hygiene Practice Adoption.
- Apply sanitizers when entering office.
- Provide wet ones and tissues for every workstation to clean daily.
- Provide masks for all employee that are unwell or came back from MCs.
- Staggered Working Hour Arrangement.
- Halt all business travelling.
- For non-business travel or visitors from overseas, employee has to report to HR.
- Work From Home arrangement.
Our BCP journey started during incorporation where we issue all employees with laptops including Admin, HR and Finance so that their working tools are mobile. Every department has their own software tool e.g. ONE Accounting and Contract Management for Admin and Accounts, iCRM for Sales, Spiceworks for Support and etc. installed on servers hosted in data centre and with our telephone system using CISCO with VOIP and call routing functions, every staff can work from anywhere they are without physically coming in to office premises.
Early last year, we started flexible working arrangement. Selected employees are given the chance to experience staggered hours or work from home arrangement as part of their normal working pattern. Our customer service level has not been compromised and employee KPIs not affected. We continue to refine and improve this style of working by exploring more tools that will further assist our employees so as to give our customers a peace of mind during crisis with assurance that we are always there is help needed.
