This year, KEYfields had our annual Chinese New Year dinner at The Boiler @ Howard Road on 7 Feb 2020.

Apart from the indulgent feasting and hearty festive wishes, Chinese New Year is arguably incomplete without a rowdy session of yusheng tossing. The Yusheng served with whole abalone, smoked salmon and crispy fish. We had fun tossing Yusheng (Lou Hei) prior to the dinner.
