This year, KEYfields had our annual Chinese New Year dinner at Lao Beijing, Velocity. Everyone had fun tossing Yusheng (Lou Hei) prior to the dinner.

This is our Chinese local customary activity which involves mixing and tossing of various sweet and savoury ingredients. Also, not forgetting to shout prosperity and auspicious wishes whilst tossing the Yusheng up high. Chinese belief that the higher the Yusheng was tossed, the greater the chances of that wished would come true. It was a fun event and had this great opportunity to bring colleagues together for a wonderful cohesive night.
