Kintetsu Logistics Indonesia implemented iTMS to manage their Transport Operations to improve the efficiency and visibility in their day-to-day operations.

All operational information are now digitized in a centralized location making it easier to do transport coordination with control tower, route planning, job processing and management reports for decision making.

This project was implemented in a tight and challenging timeline and during the partial lockdown in Jakarta due to COVID-19. Both teams from Kintetsu and KEYfields demonstrated professionalism, commitment and flexibility during the implementation in order to bring this project live as per schedule and budget in a trying time.
