Tanny Services (“TNS”) is an international freight forwarder based in Singapore. Since inception in 1974, TNS has been providing client with personalized and comprehensive services. In 2002, TNS started to branch into warehousing by acquiring over 120,000 square feet of warehouse space in 2 prime industrial locations in Singapore, namely, Changi and Jurong. TNS selected KEYfields iFMS, iWMS and iACC modules to digitalise and integrated their operations. The scope of work include Freight Import and Export processing, Inventory and Packaging Services management, Quotation and Billing handling, ATOM mobility and Accounting module.

The objectives of this digitalization project are to keep track and improve inventory accuracy, automation and integration with ATOM mobile App for the warehouse operations, allowing to move and transfer stocks across warehouses and customer accounts, ability to take stock on ad-hoc or schedule basic and facilitate in quotation, process freight inward and outward job management, print freight documents, job profit and loss report, invoicing and billing to customers and integrated with iACC Accounts Receivable and to manage the full set of books.
